Many times a question arises " Women are better manager...???"
I think all the ladies all over the world they are herself are manager whether they are working or a simple home maker. Now you all must be thinking that how a home maker can be a manager.
to understand this concept first we need to understand the meaning of "manager"
According to my opinion Manager is simply the person who beautifully & smartly manages thinks, work and workplace, with satisfaction of the people. Now we can co-relate Manager with a home maker. And we will see a woman's power in terms of manager.
Finance Manager : woman has the responsibility to mange the budget of her home for entire month. Even at the hard time when less salary is in her hand and sometimes she has to manage the hospitality of guest. So here we can see her skills of managing finance in terms of monthly budget at a small scale. Definitely She is the Finance Manger. who keeps all records of expenses and savings.
HR manager : The best HR manager who manages the relationship between two parties i.e. Labour/employees and management. with the qualities of patients, dedication, and leadership.
Same as a woman manages the relationship between her "sasural and mayka". Sometimes she need to handle both the party with fully patients while the conflicts arises. She maintains the human relationship by taking leadership. She thinks about the welfare, satisfaction and encourage the family members like a HR manager.
Marketing Manager : Every lady herself is a marking or sales manger. All men you agree that before purchasing any product a lady who is in your family, already sold you the product in your mind by marketing the features & realizing the need of that product
At home Most of the material is brought only when the woman want to purchase it.
Operation Manager : A woman handles all the operations from morning Still night. including all operations of home as well as out of the home.
